In Mr. Jack, two players combine in a battle of wits to catch or hide the identity of the most infamous serial killer of them all - Jack the Ripper. Moving through the gloomy streets of Victorian London, one player strives to deduce the identity of the real Jack and the other, to hide it. Will Jack get away with his heinous crimes once more? Only you can decide.
Mr. Jack is a board game where one player plays the investigator and the other, Jack himself. At the beginning of each round, there will be 4 character cards showing. Each character card signifies which characters you are allowed to move this round.
Each character in Mr Jack has a unique ability, such as the green character is able to walk through walls, and the purple character is able to switch places with someone else on the board.
The goal of the game is to deduce who is Jack. At the end of the round, the player playing Mr Jack must announce if Jack is visible (in the light, or adjacent to another character) or not (alone in the shadows).
As such, the investigator must move each character into the light, shedding light on additional clues while the other player works against him, trying to buy time to finally escape in the gloom. Will you be able to deduce Mr Jack in time or will he escape to continue his reign of terror?
