Thirsty Meeples Bath

Bookings can be made for groups of up to 10 people and last for 3 hours. Once a reservation is made you will have the option cancel the booking or to adjust the number of people booked for up to 24 hours prior to the start of the booking. Please be aware that there is a per person cover charge of £8 for Adults / £7 for Children (if ordering from our food and drink menu) and £10 per person without a food or drink order.

To confirm a table booking at Thirsty Meeples, debit or credit card details are required from the person making the booking. No charge is made when making a reservation. However, in the event that the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the booking is a no-show, a charge will be made to the debit/credit card provided of £10 per person booked. Where a group size arriving at Thirsty Meeples is less than that booked for, an additional £10 per person will be added to the final table bill for each person missing.

Reservation Cancellation: Plans can change, and we get that. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no charge. For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of £10 per person will be applied.

Late Arrivals: Delays happen. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we will hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes past your scheduled time. If you expect to be late, please call us as soon as possible to keep your table. If we don’t hear from you, your reservation may be released to accommodate other guests.

Children: Families are always welcome! We provide a comfortable and friendly environment for children of all ages. Kid-friendly menu options are available on request.

Pets: We’re proud to be a pet-friendly venue. Well-behaved pets are welcome at Thirsty Meeples. Water bowls and treats are available for your furry friends. Please ensure pets remain leashed and under control at all times.

Wheelchair Access: We regret that our venue does not offer wheelchair access due to building constraints. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.

Group Reservations: For parties of more than 10 people, we recommend calling or emailing us in advance so we can ensure your group is comfortably accommodated. Our team will be happy to assist with special arrangements and seating preferences.

Service Fee: A service charge is not automatically added to your bill. Gratuities for our staff are always appreciated but entirely at your discretion.

Payment Methods: We accept both cash and card payments, including all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express.
